You can spend an average of 45-55 minutes per workout. Most workouts are done 3 days a week plus any other exercising that you do in addition to the Surfitness program.
The program will without a doubt be complimented by other exercise. Make sure you don't over train yourself.
We like the train the body as an entire unit, or a entity so when training to surf we must think that way. One exercise that comes to mind is a squat-thrust-jump.
Without a doubt, push-ups and chin-ups are great body weight exercises.
