What kind of equipment do I need to use with the Surfitness Multidimensional Training Manual?

All you need for the Surfitness Manual is a Stability Ball, a 3-4 kilo medicine ball, and a set of JC Bands.  All of the equipment is available at:

On average, how many days a week and for how many hours at a time are the workouts during the 12 week program.

You can spend an average of 45-55 minutes per workout.  Most workouts are done 3 days a week plus any other exercising that you do in addition to the Surfitness program.

Will these exercises be complimented by any outside exercising such as running or swimming?

The program will without a doubt be complimented by other exercise.  Make sure you don't over train yourself.

Is there a an exercise that will help to strengthen the right muscles for popping up?

We like the train the body as an entire unit, or a entity so when training to surf we must think that way.  One exercise that comes to mind is a squat-thrust-jump.

Without a doubt, push-ups and chin-ups are great body weight exercises.
